Associate Tech Lead – .NET & React

Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Tech Lead with strong expertise in .NET and React to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a small team of developers, driving technical decisions, and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. Exposure to Angular will be considered an added advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of software engineers in designing and developing scalable applicationsDesign, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET / .NET CoreDevelop and enhance frontend applications using React.jsParticipate in architectural design discussions and technical decision-makingEnsure code quality through reviews, best practices, and adherence to coding standardsCollaborate closely with Product Managers, QA teams, and other stakeholdersTroubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutionsContribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.Required Skills & Qualifications5+ years of experience in software developmentStrong hands-on experience with .NET / .NET CoreSolid experience in React.js developmentExperience with RESTful APIs and microservices architectureGood understanding of databases (SQL Server or similar)Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologiesStrong problem-solving and leadership skillsNice to HaveExposure to AngularExperience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)Knowledge of DevOps practices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
