With a passion for helping patients and a commercial mindset, you will make a significant difference together with Medtronic!Reporting to the Sr Technical Service Supervisor, the Associate Technical Service Specialist is accountable for assisting the local technical service center with day-to-day operations and support Service and Repair. This is a national account and majority of the time is spent in the field visiting customers’ sites, generally in Seoul and Metropolitan area. This is an individual contributor role and will be sitting in together with the rest of the Technical Service team at the Technical Service office, based in SongpaGu, Seoul.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Provides in-house repair service in a repairing/service center or on-site technical service.Provides technical advice to customers, sales personnel, and healthcare professionals responding to product related questions, issues and problems.Provides sales personnel with technical data necessary for the demonstration of products.Acts as a liaison between sales personnel and customers on technical issues.May make technical presentations at sales meetings and customer locations.Required Knowledge and Experience:Completed Bachelor’s degree qualifications, preferably Degree in Electronics or Biomedical Engineering0 to 2 years of relevant experience in medical devices or hospital industryFresh graduates are encouraged to apply!Excellent interpersonal skills, effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean languagesComputer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of softwareMust have active driver's licenseHigh attention to detail and accuracyGood prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Strong ability to work well within a team and autonomouslyAchievement oriented and ability to deliver a customer focused service with the highest quality standardsPhysical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits PackageA commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
