This is a remote/home-based position that can be based anywhere in Hungary.Please note that the working hours for this position will align with US working hours, spanning from 17:00 - 1:30am Monday to Friday. As an Associate Technical Support Engineer, you will be providing support to customers using Everbridge products. You will support core products by isolating, diagnosing, and reproducing technical issues in a timely manner.
