Job Description

Job PurposeAs an IT Solution Sales, your key responsibility is to drive the sales of our Digital Employee Robotics, AI Hyperautomation Solutions, and Agentic AI Digital Solutions. You will engage with existing customers while proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities within your assigned territory.Your role includes selling products and services to a designated geographic or national account base, ensuring that sales targets and business objectives are met.Key AccountabilitiesDrive Adoption – Influence customers to choose and implement Agentic AI Solutions, Digital Employee Robotics, Agentic BPO Services, and Digital Solutions.Strategic Outreach – Develop effective and cost-efficient strategies to engage prospective customers, fostering long-term business relationships.Sales Performance – Meet and exceed regional sales targets, aligning with both short-term revenue goals and long-term business growth objectives.ResponsibilitiesDerive strategies to achieve sales target for the regionTake on the business development role to convert leads to sales resultIdentify decision-makers in customers’ organizations, uncovering their unmet needs and influence them to choose and use Agentic AI solutions, digital employee robotics, Agentic BPO Services & Digital Solutions. Creating innovative marketing approaches and value sellProviding excellent customer service to our existing clients to retain the customer baseParticipating in key supply chain trade shows and industry forums for marketing and networking purposesTrain partner sales representatives, set sales goals and assign the territories that representatives coverCompile and use sales statistics to determine relevance of product and to gauge customers' product preferencesMonitor consumer trends and review sales strategies to improve sales performanceAdapt sales tactics to suit varying consumer demands in each regionAny other duties as and when assigned. Supervision ReceivedVice President/Managing Director / Sales Leaders Supervision ExercisedNILMinimum Education/QualificationsBachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Business or Supply ChainMinimum Years/Type of Experience5-8 years of experience in sales and sales leadership preferably in the IT or Supply Chain industry for global brandsWith good sales track recordRelevant experience in IT/supply chain management or carrier/logistics industryFamiliar with the consumer trends and demands of the assigned regions/territoriesAbility to identify decision-makers and influence decisionDriven and able to motivate the team to achieve resultsSales and customer service orientationStrong negotiation and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong general business acumen and maturityKey Success Factors (Indicate the 5 most critical key skills required to be successful in this position)Self-driven and result oriented Effective Communication & Interpersonal SkillsBusiness result FocusedGood business acumenResilientEntrepreneurship
