As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for talented professionals to join our team and drive impactful initiatives that shape our market presence and strengthen consumer engagement.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate store setup, renovation, closure, and maintenance tasks with internal and external partiesMonitor and manage operational needs of assigned sport stores and shop-in-shopsCollaborate with brand, merchandising, and purchasing teams to launch promotions, new collections, and campaignsMaintain regular communication with key account partners such as The Mall, Central, Thaniya, and factory outletsAnalyze sell-in and sell-out data to develop action plans to improve sales performancePrepare monthly sales reports, expense requests, and budget clearing documentationVisit stores regularly to audit promotion compliance, competitor activities, and frontline executionPropose in-store activities to increase brand visibility and consumer engagementAct as liaison between sales team and store management for issue resolutionQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field1–3 years experience in key account, retail, or sport-related industry preferredStrong interpersonal and negotiation skills, especially with department stores or sports venuesGood command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting toolsStrong organizational and communication skillsPersonal car ownership is a plusKnowledge of golf or sports industry is an advantageWhy Join Us?Be part of an established company with a trusted brand heritage.Work alongside passionate teams in a dynamic, fast-moving industry.Career development opportunities and attractive compensation package.Ready to shape the future with us?Please submit your updated CV to careers@icc.co.th.
