Maintains staffing levels consistent with operational needs to ensure exceptional customer service provided at all times; prepares schedules and ensures adequate shift coverage Ensures seasonal peaks and activities are taken account of when preparing forecasts and staff rotas. Contributing to the development of marketing strategies and in-store events through consistent communication with regional management. Management of the store inventory as well as stock levels, ensuring smooth operational guidelines are met. Ensuring operational excellence is maintained in line with regional culture and local legislation through regular training initiatives for frontline teams. The Candidate: Key attributes of a Store Manager include:
Proven retail management experience within the GCC retail beauty industry. Extensive experience with customer and sales service targets and key performance indicators. Retail operations experience with inventory and facilities management, including cash reconciliation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a sense of business acumen. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
