■ 職務内容 / Job DescriptionProject Physician（PP） は、医師としての専門知識を活かし、アストラゼネカの日本における臨床開発戦略の立案・実行を担う役割です。主にプロジェクト単位で責任を持ち、Clinical Scientist（CS）と協働しながら、開発戦略の立案、開発プランの設計、そして成功裡に臨床開発プログラムを推進していきます。主な業務内容① 臨床開発戦略の立案・推進・日本における臨床開発戦略を策定（CSと協働）・JNDA（日本での承認申請）に関する臨床的議論においてCSと責任を共有・必要に応じて、治験レベルの業務にも関与② 規制当局対応（PMDA / 厚労省）・規制当局との相談に向けた資料作成（例：事前面談資料など）・規制当局からの照会に対して、医師・科学者の立場から回答を作成（CSと連携）③ KEE（Key External Expert：外部の主要意見リーダー）との関係構築・R&Dの視点からのエンゲージメントをリード・グループでのアドバイザリーボードや1対1のコンサルテーションなどに参加成果指標・医学的・臨床的な成果物（戦略・資料・提言など）の質と量を通じて、患者さんへの有益な新薬アクセスを実現すること・リーダーシップと適切な行動を示し、組織・プロジェクトを推進すること■ 応募資格＜必須条件＞経験・日本国内でのオンコロジー領域における臨床経験・製薬業界での経験資格・医師免許（Medical Doctor degree）語学・日本語：ネイティブレベル・英語：ビジネスレベル（英語での会議とメールのやり取りが可能なレベル）＜歓迎条件＞経験・オンコロジー領域における強固な医師ネットワーク・治験実施、当局対応、上市を含む創薬開発の経験・知識・日本国外での就業経験・英語での査読付き論文の発表実績資格・博士号（PhD）・オンコロジー領域の専門医資格（Board certification）語学・その他の外国語スキル【キャリアレベル / Career Level】E【勤務地 / Work Location】Osaka or TokyoDate Posted29-8月-2025Closing DateAstraZeneca embraces diversity and equality of opportunity.
