Key ResponsibilitiesDaily activities will include: Supporting comprehensive internal and external audit processes. Overseeing regulatory documentation systems and version control.
Providing expert consultation on product labeling and packaging compliance. Investigating and resolving customer feedback and complaint management. Conducting root cause analysis for quality-related issues. Managing product packaging specifications and labeling requirements. Essential Requirements: Comprehensive knowledge of OTC regulatory compliance frameworks. Hands-on experience with personal care products (sunscreens, moisturizers, topical treatments). Adaptability and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities in a dynamic environment. Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 3 years of relevant regulatory experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated experience with OTC product registration processes. Working Environment: This is a fast-paced startup environment where self-directed professionals thrive.
