Manager (Engineer)Job Description / ResponsibilityLocation: Project sites across Bangladesh (under BEPZA, BEZA, BSCIC)Key Responsibilities:Conduct site analysis and translate field conditions into actionable design inputsProduce accurate manual drawings and sketches for concept development and site coordinationDevelop detailed 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD or equivalent softwareCreate 3D models and photorealistic renders for client presentations and internal approvalsCollaborate with project managers, civil engineers, and procurement teams to ensure design feasibility and execution alignmentSupport BOQ preparation and material estimation through precise dimensional documentationEducational RequirementsDiploma in ArchitectureBachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fieldSkills Required: 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, Site Engineering, 3D modeling and rendering, lumion3d, 2D (Auto Cad)Experience Requirements3 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms,Architecture Firm,Interior DesignAdditional RequirementsMinimum 3 years of ground-level experience in industrial construction projectsProficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar toolsStrong understanding of industrial construction detailing and sequencingAbility to interpret architectural and structural drawingsGround-level experience in site coordination and design adaptationClear communication and documentation skillsExperience working under BEPZA, BEZA, or BSCIC regulations is a plusJob LocationChattogram (Mirsharai)
