DESCRIPTIONReporting to the Marketing Director, the Product Marketing Manager for Commercial PCs will play a key role in growing the ASUS brand in Canada for the commercial product category. He/she will be tasked with developing and operating a 360-degree marketing launch strategy and will collaborate with cross-functional teams for execution through the product launch.
The Product Marketing Manager will also play a critical role in managing all go-to-market related communication internally with sales and product management teams as well as externally with partners and alliances. Responsibilities The responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Plans and executes go-to-market strategy for the commercial PC product line according to business objectives and ROI. Develops, communicates, and implements winning go-to-market plans for commercial PC product launches in Canada. Develop and execute co-marketing strategies and campaigns with key channel partners, including distributors, value-added resellers (VARs), and system integrators.
Manages the cross-functional implementation of the marketing plan. Coordinates with the Global Marketing Team at ASUS HQ in the development of the commercial product line strategy and local launch. Oversee the development of commercial-focused marketing assets, such as case studies, solution briefs, white papers, and sales enablement materials. Create and manage lead generation programs that support the commercial sales team's objectives and revenue goalsActs as the expert on the Canadian commercial market, identifying opportunities in terms of product positioning, launch strategies, and the competition.
Analyzes consumer, competitor, and product category trends and insights, making and championing recommendations based on that analysis. Liaises with ASUS team members and various business partners to ensure ASUS creative is compliant with partner funding requirements. Manages the marketing budget planning for the commercial product line and works with the accounting team to manage and process vendor invoices. Stays up to date with the latest trends and changes in B2B advertising, channel marketing, and ecommerce. 3-5 years of experience in media planning or digital marketing. Experience in commercial electronics or PC industry is a plusAbility to work independently and set priorities while being a team player
