, a dynamic software agency delivering custom digital solutions for a wide range of clients across industries. As a QA Tester, you will work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality web and mobile applications.
🛠️ ResponsibilitiesAnalyze project requirements and technical documentation to design effective test plans and test casesPerform manual functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testingValidate front-end and back-end functionality across multiple browsers and devicesReport bugs with clear documentation using tools like Jira, Trello, Bugherd, Azure Collaborate closely with developers and product owners to reproduce and resolve issuesPerform smoke and sanity tests after deploymentsEnsure all deliverables meet the required quality standards before releaseContribute to QA best practices and process improvements✅ Requirements3-5 years of experience in manual testing of web and/or mobile applicationsStrong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies (Agile/Scrum experience preferred)Hands-on experience writing test cases, test scenarios, and bug reportsFamiliarity with cross-browser and responsive testingExperience using tools like Jira, TestRail, Confluence, or similarBasic knowledge of HTML/CSS and DevTools for UI inspectionExcellent attention to detail and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple projects💡 Nice to Have Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman Exposure to automation tools like Selenium (even if not core to your role)Experience in client-facing projects or working in an agency environmentUnderstanding of accessibility and usability testingBenefitsIn-house training & education Healthcare (private insurance) Paid training Attendance at conferences and events Competitive compensation package Excellent career prospects A variety of standard and seasonal office perks and surprises.
