Job Description
该职位来源于猎聘 工作职能： 1、负责CP/FT test plan制定。 2、负责CP/FT测试程序开发及调试。3、负责产品量产时测试维护,低良率分析与处理,测试Cost Down方案的制定和执行。4、助进行产品FA分析时的ATE测试。岗位要求： 1、电子、通信、微电子类专业背景， 本科及以上。2、有独立参与整个ATE测试早期测试需求输出以及程序开发，NPI导入、量产维护的CP和FT测试开发经验。 3、至少熟悉J750HD， chroma3380， 93K， ultraflex等一种主流测试机台操作。4、3年以上design house公司ATE开发经验 。 5、了解影像传感器IC产品的ATE测试方法，流程，与系统搭建经验的优先。
