The ideal candidate will provide guidance, performance coaching, injury prevention strategies, and tailored training plans that promote safe, effective, and sustainable athletic progress. This role plays a key part in ensuring our learners perform at their best while maintaining high standards of health and safety.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement customized training programs for individuals and groups. Monitor student performance and adjust training plans as needed. Lead warm-ups, conditioning sessions, and skill-specific drills. Provide guidance on proper techniques to reduce the risk of injury. Assess fitness levels and track progress to support continuous improvement. Maintain a safe and motivating training environment. Educate participants on healthy habits and performance optimization.
