Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Development Officer (CDO).

Role Description – Chief Development Officer (CDO)Athos Energy Solutions is seeking a **Chief Development Officer (CDO)** to lead our **global energy project development pipeline**, with a strategic focus on delivering high-performance energy systems for **hyperscale data centers and large-scale power plants**.

This is a **full-time, remote leadership role** with direct responsibility for advancing our 40+ GW project portfolio from early-stage development through commercial operation. The CDO will drive **strategic partnerships, investment development, and project execution** to meet the growing energy demands of cloud providers, utilities, and industrial clients worldwide. This role requires a combination of technical awareness, commercial acumen, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory and market environments across multiple geographies. **Key Responsibilities** - Oversee the global development pipeline for energy projects serving both data centers and utility-scale generation. - Lead strategic planning, market analysis, and investment structuring for cross-border projects.
