The Associate will play a key role in supporting the firm’s investor relations efforts, helping to maintain and enhance relationships with existing investors while assisting with fundraising, reporting, and communication initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a point of contact for current and prospective investors, addressing inquiries and providing timely information and updates. Prepare and distribute regular investor communications, including quarterly reports, capital call notices, distribution notices, and performance updates. Assist in the preparation of marketing and fundraising materials such as pitch decks, PPMs, and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs).
Maintain and update the investor CRM system and investor portal with accurate and timely information. Coordinate investor onboarding and subscription processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures. Support planning and execution of investor meetings, webinars, and events. Collaborate with the acquisitions, asset management, legal, and finance teams to gather data and insights for investor materials. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform investor communications and positioning. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in investor relations, client services, capital markets, or related functions—preferably within real estate, private equity, or asset management. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor. Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM systems and investor portals is a plus. High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work. Team-oriented with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, or institutional investors.
