Eurochiller is specialized in designing and manufacturing of water process chillers. For the production plant of Eurochiller in Nitra (Slovakia), we are looking for an Assistant Business Controller who will report to Business Controller based in plant in Italy. MissionAs Assistant Business Controller, your mission will be to support the financial health and transparency of the organization through accurate reporting, cost control, and compliance with internal and external guidelines. You will actively contribute to process optimization, internal audits, and decision-making support, ensuring alignment with the Group's standards.
You will also be responsible for overseeing the purchasing and logistics functions, ensuring operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The main goals are: Ensure accurate application of internal guidelines, local legislation, and group policies. Promote and implement all Group guidelines published on “The Way We Do Things. ”Follow up on product costing, functional costs, and other relevant cost structures. Monitor and analyze stock reports regularly. Support the internal structure to ensure consistent and transparent reporting processes. Define and document internal procedures and policies related to financial and operational controls. Identify and flag risks (“red flags”) and collaborate on implementing corrective actions.
Support the preparation of company reviews and other key management meetings. Actively participate in internal and external audits. Supervise the Purchasing Department, ensuring strategic procurement and cost control. Oversee logistics activities related to order processing and shipping, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
