By piecing together our varied experiences and insights, we craft bespoke solutions through Atlassian tools to make clients goals a reality.What you will do:Configure and improve Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, JSM) — not just the basics, but workflows, automations, permissions, integrations.Build smarter processes with Jira Automation, ScriptRunner, and other add-ons.Help teams by turning messy workflows into smooth, productive ones.Work on data migrations, system integrations (Slack, GitHub, Teams, you name it).Keep an eye on performance, stability, and “behind the scenes” health of Atlassian systems.Test and monitor your own work — because “should work” ≠ “does work”.What we expect from you:Have 2–5 years of experience working with Atlassian tools or similar business/IT systems.Know Jira and Confluence administration well — workflows, permissions, schemes, automations.Have hands-on experience with Jira Service Management and understand ITIL basics.Can write JQL queries and build dashboards that actually answer business questions.Understand how integrations work (Active Directory, user provisioning, external systems).Feel comfortable planning and estimating your own tasks.Communicate clearly and constructively — both with clients and teammates.Nice to have:Knowing your way around EazyBI reports.Having some infrastructure knowledge (cloud vs. data center setups, performance tuning)Experience with ScriptRunner or Atlassian APIAlready holding Atlassian certifications (if not — we’ll help you get there)What we offerReal projects, real clients, real challenges (no fake tickets here).Training, mentorship, certifications — to grow you further into Senior Configurator or Consultant.A supportive team that shares knowledge and has your back.Freedom to try your ideas and make an impact.Salary range: 2500–4200 EUR gross, depending on your competence (and we’re always open to discussion).Life @TeamBit:Workation & Summer Camp — our two biggest events of the year.Good deeds: volunteering, blood donations, helping those in need.Tons of inside jokes, friendly pranks, and colleagues who are always ready to help.We don’t expect you to know everything.
