With more than 9,000 employees across 10 countries in Central and Southeastern Europe, the company delivers innovative financial technology and customer experience solutions to major banks, telecommunications providers, utilities, and large retailers.In Slovenia, the company is establishing a new FinTech hub, which will play a strategic role in supporting banking clients across the region. The team is now looking for an ATM Project Coordinator to join this fast-growing initiative and become part of an exciting, high-impact project in the digital banking space.About The RoleAs an ATM Project Coordinator, you will act as the key link between banking clients and the software development team based in Athens. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the proper operation, integration, and continuous improvement of ATM software solutions used by major banks across the region.This is a hybrid role combining technical expertise, problem-solving, and project coordination – ideal for someone who enjoys bridging technology with business.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and support the implementation of ATM applications (NDC, KAL/K3A, ProCash)Integrate ATM solutions with EMV and ISO8583 transaction systemsMonitor ATM operations and ensure timely incident resolutionManage software updates, patches, and system testingSupport pilot implementations and rollouts of new ATM software versionsAnalyze and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring root-cause identificationCollaborate with internal development teams and client representativesEnsure compliance with industry standards, security requirements, and project specificationsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in ATM software, integration, or technical support within banking or fintechSolid understanding of EMV standards, ATM applications, and ISO8583 transaction protocolsStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsFluency in English (written and spoken)Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed teamWillingness to travel occasionally (mainly for onboarding and trainings abroad)WE OFFERCompetitive salary and benefits package (salary will be discussed based on your skills and experience)Full time contractHybrid working model (2/3 days remote from home)Initial 2-week onboarding and training program with the international fintech teamOpportunity to work with cutting-edge ATM and payment technologies used by thousands of users dailyInvolvement in regional banking projects with strong potential for growth and professional developmentChance to help build a new local team in Slovenia and shape its future directionLocation: Ljubljana, SloveniaWork model: Hybrid (onsite & remote)This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new fintech venture in Slovenia with the backing of an established international leader.You’ll work on products that directly impact the way people interact with banks and payment systems – a meaningful role with tangible results.
