You will lead a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators to develop compelling campaigns, visuals, and narratives that resonate with our customers and partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & PositioningDefine and evolve Atome’s brand strategy, voice, and visual identity to strengthen market positioning. Ensure brand consistency across all **marketing, product, and partnership initiatives. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify brand differentiation opportunities. Creative LeadershipLead the creative team (design, copy, content) to produce high-impact campaigns, ads, and brand assets. Oversee the development of ATL & BTL marketing materials. Collaborate with performance marketing, growth, and product teams to ensure creative aligns with business goals. Campaign & Content Development Drive 360° brand campaigns (concept to execution) that enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Develop compelling **storytelling** for partnerships, merchant collaborations, and user acquisition. Ensure content is culturally relevant, localized, and optimized for different markets (SEA, etc. ). Team ManagementBuild and mentor a high-performing in-house creative team. Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and production partners. Optimize workflows to ensure efficiency and creative excellence. Qualifications & Skills5-8 years in brand management, creative direction, or marketing (preferably in fintech, e-commerce, or consumer tech). Strong portfolio showcasing brand-building, campaign creation, and visual storytelling. Experience leading design, copywriting and content teams. Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and performance-driven creatives.
Analytical mindset with the ability to balance brand aesthetics and business KPIs. Excellent stakeholder management (C-suite, regional teams, agencies). Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field.
