That can be a manual tester, junior developer, consultant, technical support or so. Detail-oriented, proactive, communicative, collaborative attitude. Critical thinking - good intuition for data and anomalies. Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback, i. e. clear and to-the-point interactions. Basic understanding of modern software development lifecycle is needed.

Experience running regression tests is a plus. Experience in test automation is a plus. Experience in VMware, Java and JavaScript is a plus.
