Job Description

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

ResponsibilitiesWork cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' successCreate and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needsMake visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platformManage all reporting about the health of customers' accountsMain Responsibilities: Annual Revenue - Achieve / exceed quota targets. Sales strategies - Develop effective and specific account plans for selected accounts to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth. Develop relationships in new and existing customers and leverage to drive strategy through organization. Execute the plan to meet and exceed the annual sales targets.

Add tangible business value. Create and manage own pipeline. Analyze client requirements, liaise and shape the solution in alignment with the solution team (e. g. Solution Manager, Bid Manager, Financial Architect)Prepare, present, and negotiate the engagement with the client as well as Atos management Refine the engagement based on client feedback. Position and sell the Atos portfolio. Build strong customer relationships. Territory and Account Leadership - Lead designated territory, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles. Encourage all accounts to become Atos references. Pipeline planning - Follow a disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline.

Keep pipeline current and moving up the pipeline curve. Pipeline partnerships – Leverage support organizations including Marketing, Solution Team, Partners, and channels to funnel pipeline into the assigned territory. Skills: Confident and able to work directly with key clients. 10+ years of experience in sales of complex IT service solutionsFluency in English and Turkish languageAvailability to travel acrossCommercial acumen with real tenacityGenuine curiosity about the world of business and technologyReady and eager to learnDynamic and drivenHappy to work under pressure in a results-driven environmentTeam player, able to collaborate effectively on complex projects
