Involvement in supporting Continuous Improvement in his/her work area is imperative. Account to Report sub-process service delivery and processing Responsible for the service delivery and processing of assigned delivery of services in the ATR function (cross sector) – including general accounting, inventory, interfaces reconciliation, FROALIE, period end closing, master data and others where required Deliver high quality, compliant and accurate work and service Proactively identify, rectify and follow-up errors and causes of errors and resolve complex or critical process issues Maintains thorough and robust knowledge of all aspects of ATR process matters Deliver monthly, quarterly and year-end closing process and coordinate with respective parties as required (e.g. other teams, customer contact) Escalate issues to ATR team lead and management when necessary to avoid delays in processing Drive change efforts into RGS Finance Suzhou for ATR process areas Implement ATR policies and procedures and ensure compliance as administered in RGS Finance - Suzhou Implement operational efficiency against best practice Work closely together with other Process Team members (PTP/ITP, ITC, FMD) to insure best possible communication and interaction between the processesDevelop, build and maintain relationships with all markets and business sector(s) serviced by RGS Finance – SuzhouOther Duties Supports ad hoc requests / projects Supports continuous improvement activities Assists with training fellow team members Participates in training to increase knowledge & skill Perform performance management activitiesEnsure policies and procedures are followedPreferred Area of Study: Finance/AccountingRequired SkillsAccounting, SAP AccountingPreferred SkillsEnglish Language
