They are looking to add a Executive Assistant to senior leadership. Salary/Hourly Rate$100k - $130k Annually, Depending on experiencePosition OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support a team of senior executives. This high-visibility role requires exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-moving environment, managing competing priorities and acting as a gatekeeper and strategic partner to the leadership team. Responsibilities Of The Executive Assistant Provide comprehensive administrative support to a group of senior executives. Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings across multiple time zones. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries. Prepare and edit high-level presentations, reports, and confidential correspondence. Organize and support executive meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups. Handle expense reports, invoices, and other financial administration tasks. Serve as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities, deadlines, and logistics. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Required Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant: 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite or senior executives. Proven ability to manage multiple executives simultaneously. Strong organizational and time management skills with acute attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of discretion and experience handling confidential information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Preferred Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:

Experience in financial services, investment banking, or a related industry. Familiarity with travel and expense management systems (e. g. , Concur). Project coordination or team operations experience. Working knowledge of CRM and collaboration tools (e. g. , Salesforce, Slack, Asana). Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree is required.
