Your Role: As Manager of Clinical and Lab Education at ATS Institute of Technology, you will oversee and enhance all aspects of clinical and lab instruction within our Practical Nursing program. This role combines faculty mentorship, lab oversight, and clinical site development. You'll recruit and support clinical and lab instructors, manage day-to-day lab operations and manage checkoffs, and ensure teaching aligns with accreditation and program standards.
A key part of your role will be sourcing and maintaining strong clinical partnerships to expand student placement opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Clinical & Lab Faculty Oversight & DevelopmentRecruit, train, and mentor clinical and lab instructors. Facilitate faculty onboarding, orientation, and continuous improvement plans. Conduct site visits, observe instruction, and provide formal performance evaluations. Ensure adherence to curriculum standards, accreditation requirements, and teaching excellence. Coordinate checkoff schedules, remediation labs, and lab safety protocols.
Ensure all labs support curriculum objectives and student readiness for clinicals. Clinical Site Management & ExpansionEvaluate and secure new clinical partnership sites for student placements. Maintain strong working relationships with site administrators and preceptors. Manage contracts, schedules, and placement logistics in coordination with the Clinical Coordinator. Respond to site-specific issues and ensure alignment with ATS standards. Compliance & Program CoordinationCollaborate with the Director of Nursing and administrative team to meet accreditation and regulatory standards. Support tracking of health, compliance, and CastleBranch documentation for students and faculty.
