Spanning over a variety of counties in the South-Central PA area including Dauphin, Cumberland, Lancaster, York, and Berks counties; the RN Attending will be expected to float to different Academic Practice Division (APD) Medical Group offices for daily/weekly work assignments. The APD-based offices range from General Primary Care to single or multi-specialty offices, so no two-day are alike!The Attending RN will be expected to triage patients, conduct Non-Stress tests, perform patient intakes, assist physicians with in-house procedures, and conduct a variety of Point-of-Care tests. Administrative duties are included that focus on continuing education for patients and monitoring the E-message pool to answer patient inquiries and conduct follow-up reporting.The ideal Attending RN for this position will be able to work within a team environment and independently. With each assignment, it will be expected that the Attending RN will meet not only the Contingency’s Pool expectations but also those of the assigned office. Multitasking will play a big factor in this position. Apply today! MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S): Associates' Degree in Nursing required. BSN required within four (4) years of hire. Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
