Job Description

Account Director, Norway HQWe’re looking for a commercially sharp, relationship-first director to join our Norway HQ. This isn’t about maintaining accounts. It’s about transforming them. You’ll take ownership of some of Attensi’s most high-potential, globally recognized clients and turn strategic relationships into lasting commercial success. As one of the founding members of the Norway Account Management team, you’ll help build what others will follow. Define the playbook. Shape the culture. Set the bar for those who come next.

We’re looking for someone who thinks like an owner, acts like an operator, and deliver like a partner.

What you’ll be doingTake full ownership of strategic enterprise accounts, building and maintaining senior relationshipsLead consultative, business-critical conversations that drive client transformationIdentify and execute on commercial opportunities — expansion, cross-sell, and new use casesCollaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to align strategy and executionRepresent Attensi in the market — with clients, at industry events, and in high-stakes engagementsHelp shape the commercial culture in Norway — bringing insight, energy, and ideas that raise the barWho we’re looking forYou’re a high-performing commercial professional who thrives on challenge, ownership, and partnership.

You know what it takes to grow strategic accounts and deliver results in complex, global environments. You likely bring:

6+ years in enterprise account management, consulting, or B2B salesA proven track record of growing large, strategic accounts and delivering commercial impactStrong consultative skills — listening, advising, problem-solving, co-creatingConfidence working with C-level stakeholders and navigating complex organizationsA sharp understanding of how learning and behavior change drive business performanceExperience in L&D, SaaS, digital transformation, or professional services is a plus — but mindset and capability matter moreWhat you’ll getBe an integral part of building one of Norway’s first global EdTech unicornsA front-row seat to a global scale-up — and a chance to shape what comes nextCollaboration with top-tier commercial talent — former founders, consultants, and operatorsAn open, ambitious, and empowering work cultureLots of fun!
