About This PositionOur Corporate litigation & Acquisitions and participationsteam consists of three experienced attorneys, two trainee attorneys (all specializing in Book 2) and a team assistant (legal secretary). We regularly engage external attorneys and lawyers who support us from a flexible shell. We assist our clients with acquisitions and participations, from small to large, intra- and extra-corporate litigation and internal governance advice. In short, we advise on mergers and disputes. As a team, we very consciously commit to the hybrid approach, as we are convinced that a good transaction lawyer must know the ropes of Book 2 disputes and vice versa. Our work takes place in an increasingly international context, of which the opening of an office in Amsterdam is a logical consequence. As a team, we are present there on a weekly basis.Your focusOnce you start with us, you will start working as an associate attorney. In your daily work you will work on the content of various files and be involved in legal and factual research, the drafting of procedural documents and opinions, and where necessary, litigation. In short, very varied and dynamic. You will participate directly in the litigation and advisory practice and be part of an ambitious team. Once you have gotten to know our firm and our clients better, you will build your own client portfolio with your own files. You will also work together with attorneys from other service areas.We like you to excel. So you get to work on files where your expertise lies and where you get energy. You translate your knowledge into practical advice. This is rewarding work, because you notice how happy the client is when they can immediately proceed with your advice. Although you recognize problems, you always think in terms of solutions.
