Flex Suisse is the leading provider of flexible staffing solutions in the Legal & Compliance sector in Switzerland, Germany, and Liechtenstein. For one of our clients, we are currently looking for an Attorney-at-law.Construction & Real Estate | Attorney-at-law | Geneva | perm. | 100%Responsibilities:Advise and support operational divisions on all matters related to lease, real estate, and construction law.Provide comprehensive legal support for rental, construction, and real estate projects and transactions.Draft and review contracts, including lease agreements, property sales contracts, service and mandate agreements, and project development contracts.Independently handle legal cases in the areas of lease, construction, and real estate law.Lead contract negotiations autonomously.Represent the company in courts and before government authorities.Manage external legal counsel.Experience:University degree in Law (lic. iur./Master of Law) completed in Switzerland with Swiss bar admission.Minimum 8 years of professional experience as a lawyer or legal counsel, including at least 2 years in lease, real estate, and construction law.Fluent French speaker with very good knowledge of English; German is an advantage.We are an equal opportunity employer enabling highly skilled talents with a variety of full- and part-time opportunities.
