Personal Injury AttorneySAVANNAH, BRUNSWICK, ATLANTA or ALBANY, GEORGIAWe’re seeking an experienced Attorney to take ownership of personal injury cases from intake through resolution. This role involves managing case strategy, guiding clients through the legal process, and negotiating settlements to achieve the best possible outcomes. The ideal candidate will be confident handling a high-volume caseload and skilled in both litigation and client relations.Key Responsibilities:Manage all phases of personal injury cases, including case assessment, discovery, negotiation, and settlementEvaluate claims and determine case strategy based on available evidence and documentationProvide clear, compassionate communication and legal guidance to clients throughout their caseReview medical records, prepare legal documentation, and conduct settlement negotiationsDevelop litigation plans, draft legal correspondence, and oversee discovery proceduresSupervise and mentor support staff or junior attorneys as neededQualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury litigationStrong understanding of Georgia personal injury lawProven ability to manage multiple active cases efficientlyExceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership abilitiesTrial experience preferredBilingual in English and Spanish a plus
