AUT has more than 27,000 students and over 4,000 staff based primarily at our three Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland) teaching campuses.  Mō te tūranga | About the role In this fixed term contract as the Organisational Development Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward AUT's strategic goals by developing and implementing innovative organisational development initiatives.   Key responsibilities include:

  Taking the lead on the development of practical and out-come focused OD programmes that cultivate leadership skills, embrace diversity, foster teamwork, and promote a culture of continuous learning.   Providing expert guidance and support to departments and teams on issues related to organisational effectiveness, change management, and performance improvement.  Lead Staff Engagement Priority Area Actions, including implementing the AUT Wellbeing Plan and Code of Conduct. Mō te tangata | About you To Be Successful In This Role, You Will BringA relevant tertiary level qualification.  Proven experience in the creation and successful management of staff engagement surveys.
