⯠Taking the lead on the development of practical and out-come focused OD programmes that cultivate leadership skills, embrace diversity, foster teamwork, and promote a culture of continuous learning. â¯â¯Providing expert guidance and support to departments and teams on issues related to organisational effectiveness, change management, and performance improvement. â¯Lead Staff Engagement Priority Area Actions, including implementing the AUT Wellbeing Plan and Code of Conduct. MÅ te tangata | About you To Be Successful In This Role, You Will BringA relevant tertiary level qualification. â¯Proven experience in the creation and successful management of staff engagement surveys.
