1. Job Title: Audi Marketing DirectorReports to: Audi Division Executive Director2. Employment Type: Permanent employment in Volkswagen Group Korea3. Job Summary: Marketing Director is responsible for comprehensive oversight of all marketing activities, including strategic planning, execution, and performance tracking across the division. This includes all marketing KPIs and financial objectives are accurately reported to internal and external stakeholders.Product & Pricing Team will indirectly report to the Marketing Director, ensuring seamless integration between product strategy and marketing execution.4. Main Responsibilities:Lead the planning, execution, and ongoing adaptation of Audi’s Marketing and Communications strategiesAligning product strategy with brand objectives and market demandsLead, direct, and oversee the development and execution of all national and local marketing campaigns, including new product launches, brand building initiatives, and tactical activationsLead the development and execution of all digital communication initiatives to ensure Audi Korea’s digital strategy is fully aligned with the global AUDI AG frameworkDevelop, direct & lead the PR strategyLead the development and execution of innovative concepts and strategic plans aimed at enhancing the overall customer experienceDevelop, direct & lead all CRM activities to secure brand loyalty and generate new prospect customer data.5. Requirement/Qualification:Marketing Communication related experience (minimum 15 years)In-house experience (minimum 10 years)Strategy, process and planning focus, analytical and able to make quick decisionsIntercultural leadership and teambuilding skills (coaching, and communication)Strong interpersonal relations as well as effective communication, negotiation and problem-solving skillsAbility to organize and prioritize multiple tasksProject management skillsFluent Communication Skill (English/Korean)6.
