Role : Audio and Video Technician (AI Research Support – Remote)We are hiring for one of our prime clients, a leading AI research organization, seeking experienced Audio and Video Technicians to contribute their expertise toward advancing next-generation machine learning systems. This role allows professionals to apply technical skills in audio and video production, editing, and troubleshooting to improve AI understanding of multimedia content.You will work independently to create deliverables, review peer work, and provide high-quality insights that enhance AI research and model training.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop deliverables addressing common tasks in audio and video production, editing, and technical troubleshooting.Review and provide feedback on peer-created content to improve AI research outputs.Ensure high standards of written communication, clarity, and accuracy in all submissions.Contribute professional insights to AI datasets supporting machine learning evaluation and training.Ideal Qualifications4+ years of professional experience in audio engineering, video production, or multimedia technology.Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote, asynchronous environment.More About the OpportunityWork Type: Fully remote and asynchronous — manage your own schedule.Expected Workload: Approximately 30 hours per week, with flexibility up to 40 hours.Project Duration: Around 3–4 weeks.Start Date: Immediate.Compensation & Contract TermsEngagement is on an independent contractor basis.Hourly compensation, paid weekly via Stripe Connect.Payments are based on services rendered, with contractors maintaining full control over schedule and work methods.
