Job Description

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:The AV/VA Engineer will be responsible for providing hands-on technical support for end-user devices and related infrastructure. This includes troubleshooting system errors, configuring hardware and network settings, and ensuring a seamless IT experience for all users. The engineer will also support AV/VA systems and assist with system deployment and configuration using Microsoft tools. Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and resolve Blue Screen errors, system crashes, and hardware/software failures. Manage and configure Microsoft Autopilot, system setups, and OS deployments. Perform system configuration, maintenance, and performance optimization. Handle DSS technical tasks, including imaging, endpoint setup, and troubleshooting. Configure static and dynamic IP addresses, ensuring proper network connectivity. Manage printer configuration, installation, and troubleshooting. Provide Audio Visual / Video Assistance (AV/VA) support for meetings, conferences, and user setups. Deliver high-quality end-user support in a professional, customer-focused manner. Required Skills & Experience: 3–5 years of relevant desktop or technical support experience. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Autopilot, and device configuration. Experience troubleshooting Blue Screen and system performance issues. Familiarity with network configuration (static/dynamic IPs). Hands-on experience in AV/VA technologies and support environments. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment .
