Audit Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Audit Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting internal audits ensuring compliance with financial and operational procedures, and supporting risk management across the shipping and logistics functions.Key Responsibilities:Conduct periodic internal audits of financial records operational processes, and compliance systems.Review and verify accounting entries invoice and supporting documents.Identify gaps discrepancies and risks in internal controls and suggest corrective measures.Ensure compliance with company policies shipping regulation, and statutory requirements.Assist in preparing audit reports and present findings to management.Monitor adherence to SOPs across departments (finance, inventory, sales, operations).Support external auditors with required documentation and data.Provide recommendations for process improvement and cost efficiency.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finanace or B.Com1–3 years of audit/accounting experience (shipping industry exposure is a plus).Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and compliance.Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.What We Offer:Competitive salary package.Professional growth opportunities in the shipping industry.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.Interested candidates can share their updated resume at recruitment@mnjline.com with the subject line Audit Executive – Shipping Line.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
