Another foreign language would be a + (e.g. German)ACCA member (or final stage papers) Ukrainian Auditor's Certificate would be a +Main ResponsibilitiesProvide both leadership and supervision to staff and seniors in the execution of audit engagementsSupervise multiple engagements including international referred audit work as well as due diligence or business process reviewDevelop and maintain productive relationships with client management throughout the year. Carry out work to a high technical standard in a commercially beneficial mannerManage technical accounting issues and present alternatives and conclusionsAssume performance management role: conduct timely performance reviews and provide staff with counselling and career guidanceInvolvement in training of staffInvolvement in firm/department/practice development and marketing initiativesReporting to a management team of international and local partnersLooking forward to seeing your resume!
