AUDIT MANAGER

We are seeking a seasoned and highly analytical Internal Auditor to join our client’s team. The candidate will oversee the internal audit function and ensure the integrity of the company’s financial, operational, and compliance processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in risk management, governance, and operational excellence by developing and executing audit strategies that align with the company’s objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a risk-based internal audit plan to assess the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal controls.Identify key risks across the organization and recommend strategies to mitigate them.Lead and manage internal audits, including financial, operational, compliance, and IT audits, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of findings.Evaluate existing policies, procedures, and controls to ensure they are effective, efficient, and in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing internal audit team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.Ensure the organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, including Nigerian and international standards.Qualifications And SkillsMinimum of 8 years of internal audit experience.B.
