Acting as a key contact when the Partner is away, making sure client queries are handled smoothly and promptly. Working closely with the compliance team to help plan workloads and ensure resources are used effectively. Keeping an eye on budgets and deadlines, making sure work is delivered efficiently and billing is on track. Supporting junior team members with guidance, feedback, and day-to-day coaching to help them grow. Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseWe Would Expect This Person To HaveACA/ACCA qualifications. Proven experience managing a diverse client portfolio, preferably with clients from the NFP sector.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Experience leading and mentoring teams, with a track record of developing junior staff members.
