As you build your finance & audit knowledge and experience, you will become a credible auditor, influencing clients and engagement teams on resolutions that will impact entire industries. Apply if you are a last year student and do not have lectures, a graduate or already have work experience.Your Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop an understanding of the audit client’s business.Interact with the clients to collect all the necessary data and information, set-up and maintain audit files, etcSupport the planning, execution, and delivery of assurance engagements.Clearly and accurately document the execution of audit procedures as defined by the engagement objectives, and planned audit approach.Data and information analysis while working on various audit projects.Attributes to thrive in the role Drive to gain deep understanding of finance & accounting, business management (some previous experience would be an advantage), motivation and willingness to grow as an expert in audit field.Proper mix of strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as analytical and critical thinking skills.Strong academic record including a university degree or being last year student in economics / finance / accounting or any other related area.Excellent spoken and written Lithuanian and English.Ability to work full time.What We OfferOur promise to our people is an exceptional EY experience:Comprehensive compensation and benefits.
