This individual enjoys providing superior customer service, is a team player, and has a high degree of emotional intelligence. A love for fashion and a level of excellence is a must.Tasks & Responsibilities Customer Service:• Greet all customers pleasantly and with courtesy, provide customers with clear directions and provide all information regarding products and services• Understanding of the MOSCOT brand and story and ability to communicate this heritage to the customer• Create a memorable MOSCOT Shop experience• Collaborate with MOSCOT family members to keep shop tidy and organized.Communication:• Answer and direct phone calls as needed• Respond and collaborate with lab and shop teams on all orders.Inventory Control:• Assist with cycle counts, receipts, and returns of frame and stock lens inventory• Process inter-shop transfers in the POS system• Confirm that tickets match the physical frame.Requirements• Licensed as an optician• Clear and articulate communication skills with empathy towards customers• Fluency in Swiss-German and English, both written and spoken• Weekend and Holiday availability required.Perks and Benefits• Discounts on glasses• Young and flexible working environment• Training courses.
