You will need previous experience with troubleshooting, fixing technical issues within a Microsoft environment as well as outstanding communications skills and abilities. What You'll Need to SucceedExperience providing Level 1 and L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers and other end-user devices in a professional corporate environment.
Experience maintaining VMware servers, including configuring virtual machines, managing storage, and troubleshooting issues. Experience with Azure AD, Office 365 administration and troubleshooting, including Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint and OneDrive.
