6 FIFO roster, this role offers an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in advancing our exploration projects and contributing to the ongoing growth of the company. Your Duties Will Include But Are Not Limited ToConducting field-based exploration activities, including planning preliminary field mapping and sampling programsLiaison and supervision of drill staff, contractors, and associated exploration activities. The coordination of the provision of data to the Project Geologist and supporting the interpretation of data where required.
Ensure that sampling programs are performed accurately, professionally, on budget and address the drilling plan objectives as agreed with the Head of ExplorationWhere appropriate identify additional data that can be acquired and interpreted to enhance the development of Group tenements. Requirements & QualificationsB Sc (Geology) or equivalent. WA Australian Driver’s License C Class or above or equivalent. Minimum 3 years working as a Exploration Geologist with a strong background in Archean gold preferred. Proficiency with GIS and 3D modelling software and database systems.
High level of understanding of QAQC procedures, drilling and sampling practices and standard gold industry laboratory analytical methods. Full Australian working rights. Current National Police ClearanceAbility to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen.
