The RoleThe Head of Content is responsible for content creation and distribution. They will decide what we say, how we say it, how we present ourselves, and what we are renowned for.
This will be achieved by adoption of the right technology, process, and resources to ensure that the business produces relevant and relatable content. Success is the ability to consistently deliver content that is respected by internal stakeholders, resonates with prospects, and earns broad distribution. Key Responsibilities1. Ensuring we deliver the right content to the right prospect at the right timeEnhance our Brand Visuals: adapt aspects of our brand to ensure we appear sharp and understandableContent Strategy: write and deliver the plan for creating, publishing, and managing content to attract and build affinity with our bullseye customer2. Content CreationCreate, through individual contribution, building a bank of freelancers, briefing agencies, or managing a graphic designer: Website: oversee the development of a site aligned with our brand, delivers our message, and persuades visitors to engageVideo:
to build the profile of key employees, explain our service, or capture customer testimonialsEvents: design stands that connect with delegates and draw the right person to AurumMaterials: produce materials that build affinity with our audience. Awards: positioning Aurum for awards, selecting the right awards and creating the submission for awardsTestimonials: capturing client stories on film and writing them upCorporate social media: managing the Aurum Solutions LinkedIn page and Instagram account (for employee branding)Individual Social-Media: managing the LinkedIn profiles of our key client facing staffVisual assets: create assets to support advertising, events, and more. 3.
