Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Vietnamese speaking Education Counsellor located in our Elizabeth Street office in Melbourne, VIC.

The Education Counsellor will assist students in choosing the right educational path, based on their academic and professional goals. Daily tasks include proactive marketing of our services and courses, providing guidance on course and university selection, assisting with application processes, and offering advice on visa and migration topics relevant to international education. The role also involves maintaining client relationships and providing ongoing support throughout their educational journey.

QualificationsExperience in educational counselling and guidanceProven ability in sales and lead generationKnowledge of Australian educational systems and application processesStrong communication and interpersonal skills in both English AND VietnameseAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with visa and migration processesBachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related fieldProficiency in using CRM and other relevant softwareMultilingual abilities are an advantageMust have work rights in Australia.
