This is a fantastic opportunity to join the dynamic People & Culture (P&C) team as an Executive Assistant, supporting three highly influential General Managers across Advice & Services, Injury Management, and Enterprise Health, Safety and Wellbeing.

You’ll be joining a collaborative and fast-paced environment where your organisational skills and ability to anticipate needs will have a real and visible impact. What you’ll deliver with us? In this key support role, you’ll work closely with the General Managers and their leadership groups to ensure seamless operations and aligned outcomes. You will report to the General Manager, Advice & Services, and also provide executive support to the GMs of Injury Management and Enterprise Health, Safety and Wellbeing.
Success in this role means managing complex diaries, leading the coordination of high-level meetings and events, and ensuring operational and strategic priorities are effectively supported through timely communication and administration. ?You’ll also? Provide high-level executive support, including diary management, meeting logistics, and confidential correspondence handling for three General Managers. Coordinate and maintain administrative systems, team communications, and event logistics to support daily operations. Manage financial administration such as processing invoices, reconciling expenses, and booking cost-effective travel. Conduct research, collate data, and develop high-quality reports and presentations on behalf of leadership.
Prioritise and manage multiple competing tasks while working independently and handling sensitive information with discretion. About you? You’re a proactive and composed professional who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You have a keen eye for detail, a natural ability to build trusted relationships, and you understand the importance of discretion when dealing with sensitive information. You’ll also need? Demonstrated experience managing high-level administration in a complex organisational setting, using sound judgement to solve problems independently. Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint) and familiarity with SAP and internal systems for purchasing, invoicing and reporting. Well-developed written communication skills, particularly in preparing professional correspondence, minutes and executive-level documentation. Proven ability to engage effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
