We're looking for an Event Marketing & Partnerships Coordinator to lead the charge across campaign execution, content rollout, and key community, media partnerships. AusCryptoCon is scaling fast, growing our team, expanding our reach, and building long-term infrastructure to become a leading voice in the crypto and Web3 event space across APAC. This is a full-time, remote role suited to someone with at least 2 years’ experience in event marketing and a genuine interest in crypto, blockchain or Web3. What You’ll Be DoingThis is a hybrid role, split across:
Marketing (50%)Managing social media content and scheduling (LinkedIn, Meta, X, TikTok, YouTube)Executing email campaignsWriting blogs and SEO-focused contentLiaising with designers, tracking performance, and reportingSupporting sponsors with co-branded marketingPartnerships & Community (50%)Managing media, KOL, and community relationshipsCoordinating sponsor marketing deliverablesOverseeing interviews and influencer activations at the eventManaging Facebook group promotions, media attendance, and on-site content teamsWhat We’re Looking For2+ years in event marketing (required)Strong communicator with solid writing skillsExperience in using AI softwareComfortable with tools like Mailchimp, Buffer, and Google SheetsHighly organised and proactiveExperience or strong interest in crypto, blockchain or Web3 an advantage (bonus points for professional involvement in the space)What You’ll GetFull-time salary, superPerformance-based bonuses tied to growth, campaign reachDomestic travel during event periodsInternational travel opportunitiesFull access to AusCryptoCon, side eventsA high-trust, creative work environment with plenty of input and ownershipReady to join the movement?
