About The Role:
Join our dynamic, creative, and high-performing design team as a Graphic Designer and work across some of Australiaâs most celebrated wine brands â including McGuigan, Tempus Two, Nepenthe, and Barossa Valley Wine Company. In this role, youâll report to the Senior Graphic Designer and play a pivotal part in bringing our brands to life across both print and digital channels. From eye-catching promotional materials to engaging social media content, youâll combine creative flair with technical expertise to deliver designs that captivate audiences and drive results.
Youâll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and other teams across our global business, managing multiple projects while ensuring every piece of work reflects our brand identity and campaign objectives. What Youâll Do: While no two days will be the same, you will primarily:
Produce point of sale suites and associated elements for off premise channel (bottle shops etc) â neck tags, posters, shelf-talkers, brochures, trade presenters and launch documents for planned and ad hoc activities. Produce point of sale materials for on premise channel (bars, pubs, restaurants etc. ) including menus, wine of the month cards. Contribute to the development of core brands imagery libraries including design, photography and video content Adapt and roll out key visuals to varying dimensions for both print and digital applications. Develop digital assets for EDMs, websites, online advertising, and social media.
Retouch and edit product photography to suit various platforms and uses. Assist in packaging and label design for new and existing products. Manage timelines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to interpret briefs and develop creative solutions. Incorporate feedback while maintaining brand consistency and meeting campaign objectives. Prioritise and manage multiple concurrent projects in a deadline-driven environment. About You: Weâre looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can combine creativity with efficiency. Youâll bring: A degree in Design or a related discipline.
At least 4 yearsâ experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within FMCG, beverages, or wine. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite â InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro (After Effects desirable). Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work from existing templates as well as create fresh, original designs. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines. A self-motivated mindset with a genuine passion for design. Solid knowledge of print production processes, including file preparation, colour management, and prepress. What We Offer:
