We’re looking for a Brand & Communications Lead to join our team in Sarajevo. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves bringing stories to life and can lead initiatives across branding, communications and events. You’ll play a key role in building engagement with our internal and external audiences through strategic messaging, consistent branding and well-executed campaigns and events. You’ll collaborate across departments, manage social media presence, support internal communications and lead the execution of high-impact events.
This role reports to the Head of Brand & Communications, based in the Eastern Time Zone, so some flexibility with working hours is expected. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take ownership of a broad communications portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Execute internal and external communications initiatives that reflect the company’s voice and strategyManage day-to-day social media activities across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X (formerly Twitter)Plan, coordinate and support in-person and virtual events, including logistics, vendor communications and branded materialsSupport the creation of engaging content across multiple formats (newsletters, posts, presentations, etc.
)Ensure brand consistency across all communication and marketing materialsCollaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure strong messaging and executionWhat You Bring: 5+ years of relevant work experience in branding, communications, event coordination or related rolesStrong written and verbal communication skills in both English and BosnianProven ability to manage projects from planning to executionAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsComfort working across time zones and managing shifting prioritiesA proactive mindset and ability to work independently and collaborativelyAP Perks:
