Job Description

Authority Partners is seeking a Delivery Manager to join our dynamic, global team as part of the PMO. This is a hybrid role that combines program leadership with Agile team facilitation. You will oversee client engagement, program planning, and delivery execution, while also supporting Agile teams as a hands-on leader. In this role, you will ensure alignment between business goals, delivery teams, and stakeholders through effective communication, progress tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.

We are seeking a results-driven leader who excels in complex environments, possesses a strong understanding of Agile and software development practices, and can drive both strategic program objectives and day-to-day delivery success.

Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Client ManagementLead all client communications and act as the primary point of contact for program-level topicsDrive program planning, coordination, and reporting to ensure timely and quality deliveryTrack and report on program-level KPIs, delivery metrics, budgets, and capacity utilizationIdentify and manage risks and issues at both team and program levels, escalating where necessaryCoordinate project elaborations, SOWs, and support new project negotiation processesAlign delivery teams and business stakeholders to program goals and ensure visibility of the overall roadmapTrack and validate invoicing data and support operational efficiencySpot and capitalize on opportunities for business or program growthAgile Delivery FacilitationAble to serve as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and sprint planningAble to coach teams on Agile frameworks and guide them towards higher maturity levelsRemove impediments that block the team’s progress and foster a culture of ownership and accountabilityEnsure backlog health, effort estimation, sprint progress, and time tracking are properly maintainedPromote Agile values, iterative thinking, and continuous delivery across all levels of the organizationLead continuous improvement initiatives across the program and support Agile process adoptionCollaborate closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and other delivery stakeholdersWhat You Bring3+ years of experience leading IT projects and programsProven experience in managing complex, multi-team Agile programs with international clientsStrong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and the software development life cycleExcellent stakeholder and client-facing communication skillsStrong budgeting, reporting, and analytical skillsHands-on experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps or equivalent toolsFluency in English (written and spoken)Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related fieldPreferred QualificationsPMP, PMI-ACP, PSM, CSM, or similar relevant certificationsPrevious experience in a technical role (Software Developer, QA, or Technical Consultant)Experience with Agile coaching or process improvement initiativesWhy Join Us?Work with top-tier professionals in a globally distributed environmentOpportunity to influence and drive deliveryCompetitive remuneration – we recognize and reward excellenceCareer advancement and personalized growth pathsAccess to mentorship, training, and professional development programsCollaborative, open, and learning-focused cultureAbout Authority Partners:
