Software Architect (Agentic AI)

You’ll lead our Agentic AI initiative—designing, building, and owning full-stack AI agent systems that are secure, scalable, and production-ready. This role blends architecture, backend, UI, and AI-first thinking, with the freedom to shape our platform and tools. Responsibilities: Architect and lead AgentAI systems end-to-endDesign agent workflows using MCP-aligned structures (memory, tools, goals)Build integrations with APIs, databases, cloud tools, and external servicesContribute to internal UIs or admin panels when needed (e. g.

, React, Blazor, or equivalent)Guide prompt design, tool orchestration, and evaluation of agent behaviorEnforce security best practices (prompt injection protection, output control, access safety)Use AI-enhanced development tools (e. g. , Cursor, Continue, GitHub Copilot) to drive speed and qualityStay current with LLM capabilities, agent frameworks, and evaluation techniquesMentor and support the broader AgentAI engineering teamRequirements: Hands-on experience with at least two Agentic AI platforms (e. g. , LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Azure AI Studio / Foundry, Google Gemini)Strong backend skills in . NET (or comparable), plus the ability to work on UIs (e. g.
