How You Will Make An ImpactA Paint Technician at Reading Truck will work under the direction of the Shop Foreman to perform work in painting, finishing, and maintaining interior and exterior structures of specialty truck equipment.The Nuts and BoltsSanding manufactured productScraping surfaces of truck equipmentPreparing truck bodies prior to paint applicationMixing paint for painting as neededApplying topcoat paint application and undercoat as neededCleaning spray guns, paint booth and work areaFinal touch-ups for quality assurance controlsOther duties as assignedRequired Credentials1-2 years of painting experiencePrior experience with pot gun spray equipment and light sanding on large equipment or vocational vehicles preferredBed Liner Application Experience PreferredDecal/wrap application experience preferredHow We Make An ImpactAt Reading Truck, we have more than 65 years of industry leadership in the manufacture, distribution, and enhancement of work truck bodies.
